OUR PHILOSOPHY
Crucial offers a roadmap to direct teens and young adults to genuine success. Our hands-on approach to the principles of personal, professional and spiritual character development will inspire caring attitudes and actions of excellence resulting in understanding who they are and that they have the power to be world changers today.
Through our network we engage young adults and their families, businesses, schools, churches, government and community leaders for change. We bring inspiration, understanding, and transformation to our society through strategic community projects. We are creating leaders and a culture of innovation in all that we do. Our young adults will start businesses, manage projects, and touch the lives of many. Our beliefs are demonstrated and embodied in our initiatives; which reach out to the community and exhibits to each individual, regardless of race, sex, age, or abilities, their true value as a world changer.
